Entry

• Winverra runs prize competitions. Each competition page shows the ticket price, closing date, total tickets and per-person limit.
• To enter a paid competition you must answer the skill question correctly. Entries with a wrong answer are not accepted and no payment is taken.
• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over with a registered account. We are based in Bristol and deliver prizes to winners anywhere in the UK.
• Tickets are numbered in the order they are taken and shown under My entries.
• A draw only takes place once every ticket is sold. If tickets remain at the closing date, the closing date is extended until all tickets are sold. Any new closing date is shown on the competition page.

Winner selection

Winners are chosen at random by a published, checkable method (see Draw records). We contact the winner by email within 24 hours of the draw. The winner then sends their delivery details and prize choice using the claim form on their account page, and must do so within 14 days of the draw.

Prizes and cash alternatives

Where a competition offers a cash alternative, the amount is shown on its competition page and the winner may choose it instead of the prize.

Refunds

Tickets are refunded in full if a competition is cancelled, or if a payment arrives after all tickets have gone. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable.

Your data

We store your account email, display name and entries to run competitions. Only your first name and winning ticket number are shown publicly.
